About Me and My Approach:

Welcome! I am so glad you took the first (often daunting) step towards seeking therapy. I am excited to join you on your journey of growth and healing. I draw upon a variety of evidence-based approaches to create a supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. Specifically, through our work together I will help you identify and challenge thought patterns that no longer serve you and support you in determining how you can live a life in alignment with your values.

I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can process your emotions and be heard and understood. Through this process, you will have the opportunity to gain coping skills to help you better manage stressful situations and relationships. We will build a collaborative partnership in which we will work together to create strategies that will empower you to achieve your goals.

I have experience supporting clients who are adjusting to major life transitions, coping with serious illness, and dealing with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, family conflict, and caregiver challenges. As a clinical social worker, I am trained to consider how systems of oppression impact your lived experience and am aware of how such systems can often add to the challenges you’re facing.
